I got great service from Conrado. he is very nice to talk and work with. The tranaction was smooth and pleasant. He also done extra work to make sure the car is ready and good for test drive. He explained details of how Pierre dealership works and made me feel comfortable in making decisions. He made me feel your dealership is trustworthy. Good employee to have.

Kyle was overly patient with all of my questions and was able to answer some of the more absurd questions in a calm understanding way. I felt like he knew what I was going through as a first time car owner, and showed that level of respect and care when dealing with me. He didn't want to force me into anything and encouraged me to make a fully informed decision. I ultimately went with Bill Prierre Ford because of the amazing customer service that Kyle and other's showed me. You guys ROCK!

I ordinarily have negative things to say about car service centers. But I have to admit, my attitude toward Pierre Ford Service Center has changed for the better! Yes indeed! For you see, I've had the good fortune of dealing with Service Center Advisor Greg Karras.

Greg has always been pro-active, user-friendly and most of all honest. Greg tells-it-like-it-is, only schedules fixes for what's really broken and always charges a fair price. He's a pleasure to work with and I think Pierre Management should give him a big raise!
